Prices for guides are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is collected upon order confirmation through the methods specified on the Website.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase ("cooling-off period") for a full refund, provided that you have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital content. Once you access the digital content, you acknowledge that your right of cancellation is lost, as permitted under the Regulations.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. If the digital content is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
